I'm not sure if it's a Mortgage to rent, but yes, we're paying 70K up front and they'll be taking £900 a Month from us, and then once it's furnished up a bit, we plan to rent the place out.

I'll find out as soon as I can, though.

 

:yep And to be honest, it's really not worth it. We're talking about semi-detached houses for 400K (even more for smaller houses in some cases) but the access over here is great.

House prices aren't going to go up now. They're at their lowest currently and will only go up a fair thousand from this point onwards, but I'll be keeping the house, for sure.

We haven't chosen one yet. If you look back, I wrote that we're looking for one asap, but I'll be sure to, once the deal is done :deal
