    Man 3 seasons straight still affected by middle-of-the-ladder syndrome. Anyone here know the cure?

    It's better than bottom of the ladder syndrome, I had few bad seasons until the last one. Not that I'm in any position to dish out advice but for me 2 factors make the difference: research if i don't know the fighters, I don't always have time though, and secondly trying to avoid sentimental favourites, eg Zappa over the weekend, or Kats against JMM. Both cases I knew my tips would prob not eventuate, but I felt had to support them.

    Agree about tipping sentimental favorites....never works...also never change your first get feeling:lol:

    Everytime I have it's never worked :patsch
