I wonder what his financial situation is right now, mayorga has been in plenty of big fights he should have enough money to live comfortable in nicaragua. He needs to box for money he cant get a regular job.

I don't know about Chávez Sr., but I bet Mayorga will be saying something along these lines:

"Step in the ring, putito, you and your taxi driver fighting father together, I'll knock both of you bitches at once. I'm gonna send you to Juan Gabriel's fan club."

I'm gonna be delighted if such a fight ever happens!

Go up to 160 and fight kelly pavlik. Pavlik needs to get his confidence back and what's better than to fight a guy who would be right infront of you all night.

All night? Mayorga seems the kind of dude who calls you up at 3 AM a week before: "I'm gonna **** you up next Saturday, maricón." He surely speaks a lot.

You just know Mayorga will say some off the wall **** about how Chavez Jr has been given everything on a silver platter due to his father's name.

You know Mayorga said that's the one boxer he genuinely dislikes.

    Mayorga a G.

Maybe they can make Mayorga vs marg after marg gets beat up by Cotto.

That's a fact. "Your father fought taxi drivers and you fight grocers. I show you how a real man fights. I'm from where women give birth to men!" Something like that.

I'd love that. I'm not so sure Chávez Sr. is gonna let Jr. get anywhere near Mayorga, though.

Of course he will keep fighting. He's a slave to Don King.

    :-(

Tragic but predictable, seriously his family needs to be smart enough to intervene. The man is done, and HAS been done for awhile now. Hes almost 40.... it cant take that much money to live comfortably in Managua.

    Let it go Mayorga.

Concur, I still think Mayorga has a few good fights left. He's a hell of a promoter. :)

And Cippi, your avatar is win bro. I laughed so hard. I'm sure even Manny would appreciate it, he's a good sport.

Salvador Sanchez was offered an easy fight by Don King as well. Turned out the other guy was Azumah Nelson.

I wouldn't be surprised if Don King is the reason why he keeps on fighting. There might be some stupid contracts and extorting against Mayorga. And when Mayorga fights: King gets $$$$$ and Mayorga is rewarded by free meal :-(
