cotto looked good although many would say he didnt have the kiler instinct. im looking forward to his next bout. I think he has the potential to beat sergio martinez but it would be a battle

Cotto would get stopped for sure, he's way passed it and looked bad vs Mayorga....I expected a much better performance against a limited, inactive Mayorga

I'm willing to count him out. 154 pounds is diluted and I'm convinced it will be yet another weight in which Cotto will not become the linear/undisputed champion.

One taste of Maravilla's powerful bombs and Cotto will be on his bicycle trying to escape from the assault

The poster will not count out Cotto if he fights Martinez, but the referee will count him out!

Martinez is just looking for the big fights, the best from 154-160. He`s too small right now for 168 pounders, would need to bulk up a little bit.

I thought Cotto had a decent shot but I think Martinez KOs him, Cotto is just too easy to hit always gets hurt against fast fighters, Martinez is showing decent pop in his shots, I don't see any version of Cotto beating him.

To be honest I think a peak Mayorga beats ANY version of Cotto, who while a very good fighter was just never great.

Cotto is a great counter-puncher, still has superb technical skills, i give him a 40% chance against Martinez at 154.

Martinez by mismatch!!! Cotto would have no chance in such a mismatch!
