Right now my two favorite fighters in the sport are Manny and Shane, and im pretty upset they are fighting eachother. I want Mosley to win, but I doubt he will at this stage. I think Shane will last the distance, but take pretty bad punishment. Will anyone be kind of sad if it is a real beatdown? Shane is kind of the last of the old guard you know? He is someone I grew up cheering for. Il never forget how upset I was when he lost to Winky the first time, or how hard he tried in the rematch. Il never forget screaming at the TV for him to crack Vargas in the face with yet one more right hand, or going crazy as he destroyed that cheating ******* Margarito infront of Los Angeles royalty and the whole world at home. I will also never forget the whole bar jumping up and down in the second round against Floyd. To think of Mosley being hammered to the ground as Nazeem throws in the towel and as Jin cheers from ringside. Makes me ****ing cringe. Anyone else feel this way?

If he simply loses and made a good showing, NO.

But if he gets KOed, yes, I'll be sad.

    I'm a fan of both.

I can't be sad for him. He brought it upon himself and even went as far as leaving his old promotional company.

He took EPO for one fight and he looked like ****. He spent the rest of his career fighting EVERYONE out their, like a mother ****ing throw back fighter. So I think you should pay more respect.

I won't be sad, at this point, mostly because Mosley's dished out his fair share of KO's. This one's his own fault.

Kind of like Morales vs. Maidana, you can't be sad when one guy goes out of his way to fight another and loses.

I won't, it would be his last fight. Think of it as his retirement send off.:D

I'd let Pac beat the living daylights out of me for a few million. No sympathy cards needed.

Yeah id be sad in a way, but he asked for it. I feel bad because if you hear him talk he has clearly taken too many punches and whatever damage he takes in this fight he may take with him on some level, but it seems that people would rather call for other fighters to retire like Jones and Hopkins who have taken FAR less punches. I dont think that there is another fighter in boxing today who has taken as many punches in grueling title fights than Shane Mosley against the caliber of opponent he has fought.
