    The tiny Finland have few that could make it to top level. Robert Helenius in HW and Edis Tatli in light weight.

    Mexico: Gilberto Ramirez Sanchez
    Puerto Rico: Luis Cruz (Would consider Cesar Seda, but he's fighting for a world title)
    Philippines: Mercito Gesta
    UK: James DeGale
    European: Gennady Golovkin
    Japan: Masao Nakamura
    Russia: Matt Korobov
    Canada: Steve Claggett (Would consider David Lemieux, but he's fighting Rubio for a title eliminator)

    I was thinking of putting Helenius down for Europe, but decided to go with Golovkin instead..

    Ironic that Europe is counted as 1, when it is about 100 times the size of the UK with loads of potential coming though. How come the UK gets such high rating? (and i'm english...)

    I'm not rating the UK over any other European country, but the UK is known for having big name fighters over the years, including now.. There is just too many European countries to list.. Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, etc.. It goes on and on.. That's why I grouped them as one..

    Yeah i know what you mean. its just interesting to me - i'm not very patriotic and consider the uk to be a shitty little place so i find it interesting to see it punching above its weight. kinda like puerto rico i suppose...

    I couldn't remember every country.. Go ahead and count Cuba as well.. I have nothing against Gamboa.. I just dont think he'll beat Lopez.. Doesn't mean I don't like Cubans..

    For Cuba, it's definitely Guillermo Rigondeaux..
