Do you think any of the pro boxing use some thing like that to improve their strength, power, speed? If yes, then what kind of stuff they use?

I drink muximusckle now and it tastes HORRIBLE!

The protein you need for intense training like these professional boxers do requires a significant amount of protein and other nutrients.

It'd be damn near impossible, to get the protein intake you need through conventional methods like eating meat and eggs without eating a lot. If you're trying to cut down on weight, that is especially a problem.

As stated above: 100% Whey Protein.

I personally use Muscle Milk (300 calories for 32 grams of protein), as it tastes good and I'm not concerned with cutting, just maintaining current weight and fitness. Muscle Milk has more fat content than a 100% whey protein, but the fat is also MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) which is easier for the body to break down during exercise.

I've never been a believer in protein-weight gainer shakes.

Im sure some or many boxers take more than just whey protein. With the **** they put their bodies through... running for miles daily, sparring, resistance training, etc... you can bet fighters load up on creatine, glutamine, BCAA's, nitric oxide... pretty much anything (legal) that is meant to increase stamina and increase rate of recovery.

By the way, if you want to try a great tasting protein powder, check out Muscle Infusion by Nutrex. Its a bit pricey but loaded with nutrients and delicious.

I drink Optimum Whey Protein 100% Whey.

That **** is BOMB. Now add fresh fruits, egg whites, oats. Peanut butter.

A lot of boxers use it, I'd be shocked if they didn't. Great way to get calories (cause they burn so much) and to maintain a great level of fitness and metabolism.

That Whey shake you get from Holland and Barrett tastes alright. Vanilla tastes like cake mix.

Yeah budget ones like that or one out of Asda do the job, waste of money buying Maximuscle ****, it's the same thing, you're just paying for their advertising. I think Maximuscle charge you about 40 quid for a tub, so you then take 4 scoops a day, it's gone in a couple of weeks! **** that.

    LMFAO.

I usually put protein powder etc etc oats, banana, peanut butter, eggs, milk + wheat germ. I pretty much put anything I have in it...tastes like crap but it's a hell of a lot of protein

You could find a lot more info on this in the training section, but if you guys hate the taste try BioX. They make whey protien, creatine, glutamine and a pre-wotkout NO mix and it all tastes great. Or if thats too much effort EAS makes some great all in one whey protien with your BCAA's, glutamine and arginine already in it.
