Protein shakes are not some kind of magic juice.

It's just a way to make sure you get enough protein, I'm sure boxers partake in them, Probably not that many though, unless they are trying to gain weight.

I do. That's where I got the diet. I stole it from some guy who posted asking about his diet and they were in awe of how well he laid it out.

And I was looking for a diet around 1500-1600 calories. So it's perfect

Looks like a pretty good diet for cutting, I guess it would be easy to add a few more calories to maintain weight aswell

Nah, it's not that bad actually. Meals are goo, flavorful, I always season my **** quite well.

Before I got sick, I was running an hour a day on the treadmill. 6 MPH, sometimes more sometimes less.

Basically where I want to get to, is down to the weight I want to be, which my BMR will be higher, then I will only need to run for 20-30 minutes a day, while maintaining.

Easily. My BMR is 1870ish. So, add 500 calories to that diet, you've got a maintaining diet.

I drink six star whey protein.
    I work from 11:30-8pm.

I drink the shake when I wake up at 8am.
    Hit the gym at 9am.
Take a shower, change and drink another shake.

    Monday - Chest and Abs
    Tuesday - Arms
    Wednesday - Back
    Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Legs...I do some more chest workouts afterwards by myself

Been doing that routine for a 3 months now and I have gained muscle fast. Increased my bench by 50 pounds plus more.

I always had abs, but never a chest...now I'm getting a cut chest...not as much as I want, but I'm sure I'll get there with 3 more months.

    __________

Diet...I don't diet. I'm too much of a fatass. I just don't eat fatty foods, eat in small protions and drink my shakes. Anything else is good game. I drink a ass of water. I refill my water bottle at work at least 4 times a day.
