Vitali 249.5 - Solis: 247 Official Weigh-in Pics!

I agree with the ones that said Vitali looks softer than usual. Whether it's the lights or added belly fat, I dunno. I'd say Solis looks thinner than in his last bout.

 

I think that is the biggest weakness of the cuban fighters these days. After coming out of a strict communist country where their freedom is restricted, they get a taste for freedom in countries like Germany and USA. SOme of them seem to lose their focus and discipline for boxing then

what are you talking about? a lot of MMA fighters have substantial body fat..and I heard most of them don't bother with road work or working their body, I guess that's why so many of them gas so easily..but Chuck Liddell always fought with a belly, Fedor, Mir, BJ Penn have been a bit on the chubby side, ROY NELSON hello, Tim Sylvia, Mitrione, Diego Sanchez in his last fight..I'm sure you can name many more..the difference is you can't succeed in boxing looking like that (as Solis will surely find out very painfully)..whereas in MMA almost all of them have had some success.

 

Solis kinda' remains me of the dude 'Jason Estrada' who also looks like a blown-up Cruiser.....

Mr. Klitschko is in excellent shape folks. Even better than in his last few fights.

Cant say the same about Mr. Solis.

In my 40s, I looked just like Vitali. Believe it or not folks.

like i said, im not a massive fan. my point still stands about solis. hed still be looking big at hayes sort of weight at 6 1. any numbers yet from the weigh in?

Hmm yeah Solis doesn't look good. Vitali doesnt look as good as I thought he would from the open workout, doesnt look quite as ripped with the shirt off, I was fooled a bit by his monster arms! lol maybe somehow it could still be interesting after all, kinda hoping it turns into a dog fight for a few rounds as I don't reckon they look in the shape for 12 unless Vitali is seriously handing down the beating. Although fat I think Solis has enough tricks under that stomach to make some rounds competitive.

Hoping for a Vitali victory but that the fight somehow turns interesting, I would really like to see Solis stretch Vitali a bit and test him. I want to see beast Vitali again.
