Facing ali ..anyone seen it ?

It's a great documentary and actually shows something different then most Ali documentaries do

They did have an interview but they didn't include it in the film

Bump. 7 years later and I’ve just come across this on Netflix in the UK. Brilliant documentary, so impressed with Chuvalo the man. However, As a whole it increased my dislike of Ali the man, who I do try really hard to like

 

The book is excellent. Leave it up to Larry Holmes to tell it like it was and wonder why people didn't like him.

Holmes says Ali kicked him out of his camp in the mid 70's because he was too fast for him. Ali tastes in women, according to Holmes? He had none; he sampled as much as he could if it were a hungry man approaching an all you can eat buffet. To quote Holmes Ali would Eff' a snake if you held his head down.

 

Read the book ,good stuff!
