Dumbest things you've heard from people about boxing?

you should be. if you have any doubts make a topic on classic about rankings for JL's title reign and you'll get enough responses I think. Wlad will be ranked as a top 20 heavy probably, but his competition is blatantly ****, even if he has as many mediocre fighters in his cv as Louis does he'll never have the good/great ones like Schmeling, JJW, Baer, Conn, Uzcudun, etc. Nor is he as dominant.

Also comparing Louis' two KO losses(one to a former lineal champ before he had 25 pro fights and another while he was far far far past his prime to a top 10 heavy in the rock) to Wlad's losses to fatty Sanders and the others will get you laughed at.

Joe louis skills were superb, wlads are good but no where on the level of joes.

Why is it ok for joe louis to beat many bums plus a few old atg but not ok for wlad to beat many bums?

What contradiction. I'm saying not all of the fighters on Louis' record are AtG greats- he had some mediocre ones. He also had good and great contenders, big and small, old and young. Not sure who you're picking at with the old atg talk. I suppose you're referring to carnera, schmeling, baer and sharkey-which doesn't make much sense in reference to their careers overall.
