"Thought they could knock him down"

That's the wrong mindset when fighting Pac. Mayweather has a great chance of beating Pac because he's comfortable potshotting for 12 rounds.

Jmm boxed better in the two fights IMO, but pac fought harder for the rounds he won. Better aggression and athletism from pac, better boxing from jmm. Boxing his ears off was a slight exaggeration but I'm drunkish lol soz

when you think about it though, that description works for the 1st fight. It was a close fight on the cards but JMM won anywhere from 7-9 rounds so you could say he boxed his ears off in that one.

In the second fight though, no way was it one sided. Even without the KD, that was a hell of a close fight.

He didn't fight like a coward, he fought like he always does. Blocks and then punches. He isn't a counter puncher. He can't punch at the same time as his opponent so when you put him in there with someone who isn't going to stop throwing punches you get that result. A **** fight. Don't blame him. Blame Bob Arum for making such a **** fight in the first place.

DAMN STRAIGHT!!! Today, all the haters will say that every one of these guys was hand picked, weight drained and past their primes. But if you told any one of these unappreciative miserable *******s 5 YEARS AGO that Pacquiao was going to KO Morales twice then go on to retire Oscar De La Hoya then steamroll Ricky Hatton then TKO Miguel Cotto then go on to ABUSE Antonio Margarito (sprinkle in a couple of impressive showings vs. Diaz, Clottey, Solis & company) you're right-they would have put you in a straight jacket. The same assclowns that discredit this man's achievements would have never believed it possible 5 years ago.
