Hah the smartest trick he played is making people believe he can actually beat Vitali.

I think Solis gave himself the best chance to win, but I doubt it will be enough. Solis can match some of VK's talents and assets, but unlike VK, Solis takes A LOT of breaks during the fight. He will get pummelled in those break as VK will slap him around with his jab.

Vk will get tagged, SOlis is too good to go without a punch, but I can see him winning only on some freak cuts.

Solis is a talented fighter, but so is Vitali.

The difference is that while Solis is at the buffet, Vitali is in the gym.

A fit, good fighter will beat a fat, good fighter 100% of the time.

Why do people keep saying Solis is 'in shape'?

No he ****ing isn't! I guarantee Solis will start gulping air in the second half of the fight unless he has a very low output. When a fighter starts tiring they of course drop their hands and against a guy like Vitali that's game over.

His footwork will be shocking, because fat men can't dance, and although footwork isn't the be all and end all, it will be the end for fat man who is tired and can't defend himself.

Only way Solis wins this is if he manages to keep Vitali's output low, which is possible if he manages to dishearten Klit somehow, maybe by cuts or countering/timing.

    He's not in shape, though.

He weighed in at a career low. If he weighed in any lower he wouldnt be as comfortable is the ring. Everyone that thinks if he came in at 230 he would have a better chance is dead wrong. That would be a 30 pound drop since his last fight and would mean that he most likely spent most of his camp focused on losing weight and would likely neglect the boxing part. then he would step in the ring at a weight he hasnt been at in 5 years. He wouldnt have performed well.

Look, props to Solis for chilling on the Krispy Kreme (American doughnut shop).

That said, he's going to get owned tonight. There is no fat 6'1" guy in the world who's going to beat Vitali. Even an aging Vitali.

Unless Vitali gets injured or cut badly, this one should be in the bag.

Vitali had little interest in fighting Solis, but the WBC wouldn't budge and after all Solis "worked" for his title shot by winning against the worst version of Austin I've ever seen.

    This is all irrelivant.

If he acted like the athlete he is supposed to be he never would have had to lose all the weight.
