    who are these 'other' choices that people are voting for? maybe i shouldn't have included moore on the list after all...

    well if pep is there then moore should be there as well, not only has the guy an amazing career. but also a true claim to fame with the most KO on his resume.

    i am not saying he is the greatest (i voted SRR) just saying if pep can be voted for then archie should be there as well

    yeah, like i said, i included the nine guys who i thought had the best claims to be number one, not necessarily the top nine fighters (in fact, only seven of my top ten are in there). i thought that moore's longevity and KO record may convince someone that he's the greatest (along with his many other accomplishments). after all, he is boxrec's number one, so some criteria must put him on top :lol:

    so it's starting to look like robinson is the consensus goat after all, even here. maybe it was just a case of vocal minorities that made me think otherwise.

    For me it´s 6 guys who have a real claim for that spot. I voted Armstrong ´cause he´s the one I´m personally most impressed with.

    i'd say six do too... armstrong, charles, fitzsimmons, greb, langford and robinson.
