Now, dont get me wrong, I know that this fight was somewhat of a mismatch, but that takes nothing away from just how brilliant the Cuban is. It's been an absolute pleasure to see this man fight live in the flesh, even if it did only last 2 and a half minutes. His composure, punch-placement, accuracy and left hand are truely lethal.

Casey's bravery is to be admired of course, I thought he would last longer but I suppose it was hardly his choice. I'm not going to go too in-depth because I'm making my way home now, but I just thought I'd get in now to basically underline how honoured I feel to have seen a real legend at his destructive best.

BTW, the Fitzgerald-Belgecham stoppage was a terrible decision.

He's got a new fan in me. I thought his hand speed and accuracy was amazing.

How did you post in italics on your phone i.e you are on your way home from the fight etc......aye of course you are. You were quoting me earlier on the slappy's pundit thread, - so did you bring your lap top to the fight too?

He was superb in there without doubt. That is the way for me he needs to approach fights. He has such a offense arsenal he showed be using that. The combination of accuracy, power and speed is going to be difficult for anyone to deal with at 122lb.

He need to make sure when he fights in the future he fights in this manner. With aggressive intent and stops slipping into his shell and going ultra defensive from time to time.

You're right there, absolutely lightyears between them I know, but still and all. I got some funny looks in the crowd, I think I was the only one there to give Rigo a real welcome throughout the evening.

Poor Willy he tried bless him but end of day it was a mismatch. Rigo is a different animal and his offence was ridiculous.

Dunne was right about not taking the fight IMO but i see why a man would take it. Rigo vs Donaire would be like a computer game. They are both elite level athletes the speed of them hand and foot is amazing.

    Love the bolo punch....classy!

Rigo just needs to put in a few more performances like that and the fans will get behind him he obviously needs to be up against top opposition from now on though that is all that will truly test him
