I don't doubt that his knee got injured.

He got punched, he stumbled and fell while not being in enough control of his movements to be able to control his fall.

Big fat body, falling with no control? It would be amazing if something didn't get broken.

Maybe he did get paid to throw the fight, but if not then there is no rational reason for him to quit. He did pretty well that round and it was practically over anyway. The way I see it he took a flash knockdown that he'd otherwise jump straight up from, but did something to his knee on the way down

He twisted his knee, the punch had nothing to do with it, you can't continue without a knee

VERDICT: Solis was KTFOed. Their was no injury, and if there was, it wasnt the cause of the KO. It was just a reaction before going down just like what Mayorga did, an excuse.

What happened: Solis was advancing when Vitali hit him in the temple. Solis' LEFT leg BUCKLED and turned to jelly and he eventually went down.

When he hit the canvass he was holding his right thigh. Therefore, if he really injured his right knee, it was not the cause of the KO because it's very evident that he lost control of his LEFT LEG first.

    Case closed. :good

    Now back to life.

Ahhh the thread is Klithuggers on damage limitation, why would he hold his leg if he was so out of it?

Once again: Vitali landed a right hook on Solis' temple causing him to lose his equilibrium and he went down, it's that simple! Solis got injured when he fell! Again, it's that simple! Lewis and the other announcers should be ashamed of themselves for showing their bias! Thanks to EPIX for showing the fight and shame on HBO and Showtime for their bias!

Solis has a glass head, he fell because of a punch to the temple and his legs turned to jelly.
