Trinidad has nothing to do with that, and ok so Hopkins beat a welterweight at 160. This is not Hopkins of 2001 either its Hopkins now, annd as somebody else said Pascal knocked him down twice. Bute would scorch Pascal, if Pascal would ever fight him. The only reason Hopkins did not get stopped by Calzaghe was he had Cortez let him hold and let him fake low blows.
I think Pascal's power is overrated by you....but have it your way. There are great fights in the near future for Bute, so we will find it out soon....
Pascal put Hopkins twice on his ass and he doesn't have more power than Bute. Pascal has a stamina problem..he always slows down after the 8th round..I guess that much muscle mass doesn't help. This is the only reason Hopkins looked good at the end of the fight.

dont think anyone can knock B hop out but it would be a good fight. i would think that b hop would win in a decisive yet close fashion.

Bute would win. hopefully by stoppage but probably a wide UD! I think youth is the best way to go with this fight. Especially considering it would not happen for at least another year.
