    it was a temple shot that KOed him not the injury.

    watch his left leg wobble and went jelly after the temple shot before falling down.

    if there was a leg that got injured it should have been the left, not the right.

    you can see his legs start to go from the punch right away before he falls, definitely fell from the punch regardless if he hurt him self on the way down.

    vitali is effective with arm punches with no leverage! solis was hit by a punch, went down and injured his knee in the process.

    That blow landed on exactly the same spot as with Sollis and continued on in the same way from the temple to the top of the head.
