rumour that solis was already injured before the fight

i found a rumour that team solis confirmed that odlanier had a knee injury for a couple of weeks, but they didn't want to undergo surgery because then they wouldn't have gotten the fight against vitali. they hoped that the injury can heal with proper training. ****ing morons, they ruined a great talent, i bet öner forced him to fight.

 

I think we're never gonna find out for sure. This is the time for post-fight excuses and the rare times when the excuses are solid - well, they still sound like excuses. What we have on footage is that rare temple shot making Solis' legs go jelly, and if he was already injured that is very unfortunate, but the punch still landed.

Feel bad for him and wish quick recovery.

 

yeah the punch was clear and hurt solis big time, but it was no ko punch, more a flash knockdown punch

 

Yeah his knee looked hurt when he was bouncing/jumping up and down during his ring announcement.

 

If thats the case, Solis should pay back the fans from the money he made last night.

I think it was an old injury. I feel I am crazy but I can clearly see him hurt his leg before Vitali punches him, then when he goes back and puts weight on the leg he falls down.

I think it is all the Klit nuthuggers, or just people who want to believe we saw something conslusive last night, who think it was a legit KD punch.

At the time Vitali was furious with Solis for going down, thinking he was faking. BUt by they time it was the post-fight interview VItali was sheepishly saying that it was a hard punch.

I heard that Lennox Lewis thought the same thing and thought that Solis' team knew he was carrying a leg injury.

 

I read something about that on the ring site... If his true and he concealed it he duped the people for a big payday.

But let's just take the most obvious standpoint here. He took a punch, went down and hurt his leg in the process. The video from all angles clearly supports that chain of events (did you see how his leg bended when he went down?), so that's what I believe happened.

 

There was no signs of either leg being injured up to the point where he took a short right hook to the temple. He was bouncing around before the fight & during it up to the point when he was knocked on his ass. Same way Chambers went down, delayed reaction and all..................

I think he might have been able to continue if he didn't have the right knee injury but his left looked like rubber too and that was the effects of the punch.

 

Exactly. Like I said he might have been able to continue if it wasn't for the knee injury but the left was unstable too. The left leg was unstable because of the punch, not any injury.

 

If he had 3 knees he still get's ****ed up by Vitali.

Doesn't make sense because he got his weight down from 270-246, he would have had to be doing road work and you are not gonna do a great deal of road work with an injured knee.

I think...

he wobbles before the shot then he goes back and puts all his weight on his right leg and falls down - yes vitali hit him in the middle of that sequence but it was not a hard shot (otherwise why is Vitali so angry with him for going down??)

And the reason his leg left looked like rubber after he got up is cause it was supporting the weight of his whole body and solis was not expecting that.

 

LOL, the punch occurred as Solis was rushing in unbalanced as his knee gave way. The punch clearly didn't help him in regaining his balance and likely contributed to the damage by not allowing Solis to redistribute his weight.

FOOLS! Punches do not cause torn knee ligaments no matter how many times the asinine assumption is repeated.

 

All fat people have knee problems, but they still go to work until they're in a bed getting hauled off to the hospital on a forklift.
