Lets say he stays retired for 2011. With Pacquaio, Sergio, Nonito, the Klitchkos, Ward, Cotto, Bradley, Khan, and others staying active, should he be dropped off the P4P rankings?

    He is already off mine.

A lot of people will drop him soon, when he has gone for 12 months without a fight.

P4P is for boxers, and boxers actually fight.

Absolutely. And im a floyd fan.

However, it is worth noting that P4P rankings suck ass.

The-Ring will remove him from all ratings if doesn't sign or fight by May 1st which is exactly one year since his last fight.

    Mosley is gonna beat Pac...

... I think it would be funny if he didn’t fight in 2011 just to make a mockery of the 0.

Yes....Its only fair since Floyd doesn't have the urge to fight in boxing anymore.

A year without a fight if a legit one isn't scheduled and barring injury is a good rule for p4p list banishment.

In May after a year of inactivity he should be dropped. Then he can slot back in when and if he comes back. Place varrying depending on who he fights

For sure. I won't even consider him if he fights another "tune up" this year. Calling Marquez up to a catchweight and then not even bothering to weigh in at that weight doesn't help his ranking either.

Matters if he has a fight scheduled in that time. If he just doesn't fight he should be dropped.
