He sure didn't look like a green fighter against Cuevas or Leonard, and those so-called durability issues he had his entire career.

I think so. I think he was just as great at light middle, too.

Robinson was the best at 147. Leonard never pulled off a 120 fight win streak. It's not Robinson's fault, there isn't alot of footage of him at 147. The people who saw him fight live at 147 like Joe Louis for example say he was the best they ever saw. And with the footage of him at 160, that's good enough for me.

Styles make fights. Hearns would have always destroyed cueves. Leonard also could have stopped Hearns earlier, it had more to do with his lethargic fighting than Tommy getting on his bike and boxing.

I think many people here are suffering from nostalgia and aren't doing much research. Look up more info and/or footage(as much as possible) on Robinson, Armstrong, Kid Gavilan, Ross, and Napoles before ever considering Leonard the best @ 147. H2H he might be but in no way shape or form is he the best @ 147 career-wise. Top 6 maybe but not too far from that. Don't get me wrong, stylistically he was very well-rounded and had everything you could wish for in a fighter but his greatness falls short from the guys I listed. His prime and even some performances out of it(Hagler, Lalonde, Hearns 2) were pretty impressive but he can't touch guys like Armstrong & Robinson. Not his fault, they were great as great gets.

Leonard is top 3-5 no doubt.

I think Hearns could beat SRL and showed it. SRL and Dundee avoided a rematch after Leonard returned to the ring for a reason.

I'd say Robinson is. a fight between him and Leonard would be epic though no doubt about it

Okay so if ssm had knocked out Mayweather jr in the 11th round you would consider him a better fighter? Lol even though he got his ass beat the whole fight!...lol :think

Do you think if Pacman would have broken his hand against Margarito he would have still won?...lol :huh

If u cant throw punches to keep a brawler off your gonna get knocked out let alone Marvin Hagler its ****en common sense! :rofl

SRL got his ass whopped he was down so bad on the cards when he caught hearns, He won so i give him his props but theres a reason he didn't give an immediate rematch! :think Theres a reason he got whopped again years later!:think and there's a reason Hagler Didnt give Hearns one either. :think

And Arron Pryor Was kown For whoppen SRL's Ass So They Say! The Only Reason i Beleive It Is Because SRL So Blatantly Ducked Him!
