Pac's footwork is better overall, I didn't ignore the technical part. Floyd is slightly better technically but Pac is so much more light on his feet that it gives him the overall edge in footwork. Pac wins fights on footwork alone sometimes. The way he kept walking Hatton into his right hook from the first bell. The way Oscar couldn't get his shots off even in the first round. The way he kept countering Cotto's jab. The way he made it look like Margo had less reach.

People don't see Pac's technical skills because he likes to go to war.

 

I can't tell with a statement like that. You should fire the coaches in your gym and get your money back. Anyone who's been in the gym and knows boxing can see when they analyze both fighters that PBF has the better footwork. Pac has fast feet but his footwork is incredibly flawed, he can't even cut off the ring to save his life can't fight backing up. He comes in off balance with his feet in the air for ****s sake. That's not good footwork it's because he's a great athlete that he can get away with it big difference there but it shouldn't be confused with good footwork.:nono Your problem is you don't know the fundamental difference between fast feet and good footwork. PBF's footwork is light years better than Pac's and that can't be argued.:deal

Seems like you can't post a legitimate post unless it's some kind of insult or a "I have Floyd's balls in my mouth" comment.. Someone makes a positive comment about Pac, and you're quick to jump in and start throwing insults just because the fact of someone saying that Pac is better than your woman-beating Mayweather, makes you upset.. Whether it's true or not, you start calling them pacfags just to defend him.. Someone stands up for Pac or his fans, you resort to more name calling.. It's like you're a 13 year old boy who can't legitimately debate an arguement and try to act all hard on the internet while imagining that you are his sidekick..

His footwork comes in best with his awesome lateral movement.. He's not off balance as much as he use to be..

 

His footwork at the end of the day is flawed but his foot speed is good, I don't know how much clearer I can state this.:-( My advice find a gym with a good coach and try and mimic Pac's footwork in the ring, the coach would immediately stop you and say what the **** are you doing and say your footwork is horrible and then proceed to teach you proper footwork.

I would love to see Pac in the ring with someone who showed movement and then we'd see how great his footwork really is. He was having a hard time cutting off the ring from a beaten and retreating Cotto mid to late rounds in their fight following him around looking visably frustrated begging Cotto to stand and trade. A guy who can counter and fight off his back foot effectively would give Pac hell given his trouble with coming in off balanced wide open and his inability to cut off the ring effectively.

 

Floyd is a better counterpuncher than Pac, but Pac is still a great counterpuncher.

 

He already agreed with Manny Stewart that Pac is THE best adaptive fighter ever. :rofl

Pac and it's not even close. The way pac turns his opponents and hits them on the fly is one of his best attributes. We'll see how totally rapes mosley with his footwork. just watch.
