Well then you're stupid, cause if that was the case Lewis would've given Klitschko a rematch.

I'm sure Lewis is all broken up over this.

Welcome to the real world..if you don't think Holyfield never landed the odd headbutt, or Tyson never threw the odd elbow, or Duran didn't throw the ocassional low blow, or Ali didn't constantly hold the head down of his opponents, then you're new to the sport..and if I'm not mistaken, didn't Vitali actually try kicking Lewis when Lewis when to help him up? That's who you admire is it? Nice double standard ya got going.

Could care less what he is, fact is he resorted to dirty boxing to finish a fight on an injury that he was losing and was going to lose if it had continued. He got rematches he probably didn't deserve against Rahman and McCall, bouts where he was KTFO'd but refused to give Klitschko his rematch. What he resorted to in this fight was cowardice and what he did after it was cowardice. I give him no credit for the win and rate Vitali higher as an ATG. And what Holyfield, Ali or Tyson did in a ring is neither here nor there, we're talking about this fight only.

When champs fight for the title they almost always have rematch clauses in their contacts..learn what the you're talking about before spewing all this crap.

If Lewis had gone on and fought other fighters and avoided Vitali you'd begin to have a valid point, but that's not what happened. Instead he retired after pulferizing your idol.

If you think Vitali rates higher on any ATG list you can think of..do a poll tough guy and let's see what boxing fans think..then perhaps you'd realize just how delussional you really are.

The momentum was starting to shift to Lewis. Lewis has all the advantage going into the later rounds.

Vitali's face was a complete mess and it was only getting worse.

If the fight was not stopped, Vitali would have surely been hit with another one of those wicked uppercuts - similar to the one that almost took his head off his carcass.

What annoys me with this fight is that Vitali was a beaten fighter - not only facially but mentally. Lewis even hit him after the bell in the 6th and Vitali, who is normally very unsportsman, was too punch drunk to even bother retaliating. He was too busy figuring out which was the correct way to his corner!

Vanboxingfan, why don't you take a break, and do some parenting instead. You have been on this thread for like 9 hours. I think your daughter needs a father more than Lewis needs another nuthugger.

Vitali could have stopped Lewis in the next round or two or Lewis would eventually make the cut so unbearable that it would permanently blind Vitali and end in a TKO.

Unfortunatly we will never find out, Lewis won due to a cut from a punch and not an accidental headbutt therefore he wins by TKO rather than losing by TD.

Seriously if the fight had gone one do you think that Vitali would still be fighting today? it worked out well for him in the long run

The principal is the same you Lewis dick riding bed wetter. The guy deserved a rematch, and he did not pulverize anybody. he dirty boxed and conned a stoppage on an injury when he WAS LOSING, that is not pulverizing, that is CHEATING. And try polling the three judges who all had it 4-2 Vitali. Vitali is the better man, the real warrior. Your guy is a coward, nothing less.

If I keep this thread up long enough, I might get you to run your business into the ground.

You don't happen to own a very large mansion in Canada, do you?

In my opinion he is, in yours he isn't. Apart from a cut opened by dirty shots Vitali has the better record. Facto. :happy:hi:
