So you think his struggling to get up because his leg had nothing to do with ref wawing it off?

You think it would have been stopped even without leg injury?

Strangely enough Wladimir showed no signs of concussion after the Brewster loss either :huh

Still shows up on the books as a TKO loss doesn't it?

I think it might have been. If it was leg only and at the end of the round, the ref could have let him go to the corner and let the doctor look.... but his eyes were like slot machine wheels..... the combo of both was the wave off

the leg alone, no... the leg and eyes, yes

My grans hit me harder for eating with my elbows on the table!!

Seriously though was there ever any doubt about the TKO decision, bloody obvious to me.

Solis would've gone down from the punch regardless of the knee. He didn't injure it until he was falling over backward.

The only real question is whether he could've still continued if he didn't injure the knee.

That's the only real question here in my opinion. It's hard to say one way or the other. I would trust the opinion of the ref more than either fighter or the WBC in this case, the ref saw Solis' eyes after the knockdown, he should know.

They weren't that big of punches at all. If fact Brewster couldn't even knock Wlad down while Wlad's hands were down at his sides.

are you saying that Vitali's loss to Byrd was actually a technical decision victory?

It's a KO for me. Solis went down from a punch, tried to get up but couldn't continue.
