    Bailey thinks Sven Ottke would beat Jones and Hopkins...thinks Felix Sturm would beat Hopkins...that's all one needs to know about that boxrec warrior...

    Bailey can't help himself. He's internalizing the criticism and see it as an attack on his slap happy idol.

    Hopkins could have meet Jirov at LHW or maybe even Cruiser. The fight would have been the usual competitive match up.

    Roy Jones could have certainly met Jirov at Cruiser, LHW or even HW, and likely won.

    Jame Toney did move from MW to LHW to meet and defeat Jirov.

    Had Calzaghe had a pair of nuts and followed the lead of teh above ATGs, he too would have moved up and fought SOMEBODY if not Jirov. But if he had, Jirov would have busted that ass, and exposed the advantage of correctly executed punches versus feminine, across the eyes slapping.

    If you think a CW fighting at SMW would be effective against the BEST SMW ever, then that just shows how little you know :nut.

    I like Calzaghe and think he was a great fighter.

    Jirov would have wore Calzaghe down and knocked him out. Jirov was bigger physically and fiendishly strong. He was also a pressure fighter that put his head on his opponents chest and went to war.

    The only way JC could possibly beat him is if Jirov had to go all the way down from 200 to a catchweight at 175 and even then I think he'd give JC hell.

    Hopkins has a style weakness to fast 2 handed boxers his own size as proven many times. Both those fighters fit the catagory so who knows. At MW I think Sturm could have outpointed Hopkins. Sturm is a far better MW than J Taylor and he did it twice, at LHW Hopkins would have won. Anyway wipe your blue tongue when you address me :****:-((
