Look, there are all different levels of writers, and ages, on this forum. There are older guys like myself who have been around the sport awhile, and there are apparently-younger people such as yourself hurling middle-school taunts.

Most of the time, the old guard just lets the younger and/or perhaps-less-educated-on-boxing crew pontificate on matters. Even if that group knows little of which they speak.

Every now and then, though, the old guard has to set matters straight, for the good of the forum. Or inject a little more knowledge and perspective in the discussion. That's what I tried to do here. And some, such as yourself, will react predictably. That's understood; it's par for the course. If one can't respond to logic and reasoning with their own, then you're likely to get the "I'm rubber, you're glue"-kind of post you provided here. Well done.

And history will show this because it is the honest truth. There is legitimate concern about a rematch, but on that day at that time Lewis got a legitimate win.

yeah, folks are getting sick of this topic popping back up... but i understand why it does...
for example...Andrade legitimately lost to Bute too. But Bute isn't a coward, and he risked his title against him again, and that case was closed.
Again, we have a fight, lewis-vitali, where some folks (either stupid or smart) are unhappy with how it turned out. A rematch may have closed this case... but that never happened...
