If Pac comes in clean, he still got tested, maybe during the most important week of his training camp or even on the day of the fight. You might think it doesn't matter, but you're not the one who has to fight Floyd.

It's been explained in a previous post. At the FIRST negotiations Floyd tried to compromise the most but Team Pac wouldn't accept the testing. Since then Floyd fought Mosley and Pac has not touched his PPV's per fight since. Floyd feels he has earned the bargaining power to stick to his initial request of no cutoff, and stated that's all he'll accept after the fight. End of story.
