Yeah, i hate when i see people who do **** all then think they are tanks, the other day i looked over at a group of people doing bicep curls :L Why would they do that at a boxing gym?

Bicep curls are the secret to success in boxing. They develop power like Julian Jackson, speed like Meldrick Taylor and a left hook like Joe Frazier. All of the top ten p4p don't even bother boxing training since it's such a waste of time, why would you spend 6 hours per day boxing when you can do 5 sets of bicep curls in 10 minutes?

He clearly was frustrated in the first round and most likey did that imitation Ali dance to psych you out into thinking he was in control or to catch his own rythm. I would hardly call that showing off as he did it once that only lasted a second. You must not like him from previous experience. seeing him the gym showing off or something. the point is that it appears that you don´t like the kid. In the second round concludes my thought on his frustration. he threw wild punches which you didn´t know how to defend yourself against it and you are frustrated now. the evidence is your thread on the issue. YOu´re too young for that nonsense my friend.

your response to my opinion and friendly advice shows me that you don´t know how to control your emotions. hence your inability to defend against ridiculous wild punches. you are much taller than he and your jab should be the weapon that dominates the entire fight. you gotta snap that jab with authority and not push as you were doing. additionally, you´re too flat footed.

Exactly right. We had this discussion before. However, using the wrist roller is important also. It is how David Haye developed his explosiveness.:yep

Bicep curls, mirror poses and crunches are the ESSENTIAL 3. If you don't complete this workout 3 times per week and take 100g of protein 8 times a day, you will fail.

Don't let it bother you, just keep doing your thing. Against some people I showboat but that's because they're friends and we're just having fun. Doing it against someone else would feel prickish and wrong.

At least he isnt throwing Hamed's 'Jab'. *cough cough* The bull**** backhands that Hamed seems to infinitely get away with.
