What % chance do you see him fighting Manny in November/December?

    My guess is 30%.

It's got to be a better chance than that. It's the most lucrative fight left after Mosley, with only a Cotto rematch possibly being able to bring in as much money. I'd say 99.9% it happens next

I think Marquez is the most likely with probability definitely higher than 30%. The only other guy would be Bradley if he wins against Khan and joins Top Rank, but that depends on two things both of which aren't slam dunks at all.

If you think Marquez' chance to land the fight is only at 30% which fighter/s do you envision allotting the remaining 70% for?

I think he will act as a free agent like mosley then go back to gbp or another promoter.
But yeah for november there are basically 3 candidates that seem to have a good shot at getting the fight:
    1.floyd:)dead) not likely
2.bradley: like the other guy said needs to beat khan and sign with toprank (long shot)
3.marquez:bbbI say marquez has 55% of getting this fight, but lets see how everything will play out.

    Berto

    Mayweather Jr.

    Bradley

Fighter to be named later, but not JMM

Or Manny doesn't fight in late 2011.

marquez is the most logical guy, makes the most money besides floyd, is very much willing, public wants to see it, he is not under contract with gbp, pac will fight in november/december, arum has hinted towards this fight already a few times and they can drag him up to 147 where he would never hurt pac so at the worst it would be a close decision again. A pac tko is more likely though.

I do agree that JMM is most logical, but just seems too good to be true. Seems too logical.

Like others said, if he pulls a Mosley, it's a lock for Pac/Marquez III unfinished unfinished business.

I would say better than 80%. Besides FMJ, JMM is the most logical opponent because he can bring in more money due to his huge fan base and also the fact that GBP will not be involved. It would also be advisable for JMM to have a tune-up fight in the WW div. before he takes on MP.

    It's a fairly sure thing. Anywhere from 75% - 85%

I don't question IF it will happen all that much. What I'm wondering about is which weight class it will take place??

Will take place at WW I guess. Marquez is one my favorite but I'm afraid it will be his last fight before considering retirement. I hope this fight won't get made. Money isn't everything, Marquez health will be at stake in this fight.
