Pac Should Fight At 140

After Mosley pac should take a third fight with Marquez, assuming Marquez still looks decent by then. Berto could be okay too. No one at 140 would stand a chance. Pac is too strong at that weight.

 

Funny how Manny might be considered a cherrypicker for fighting "little guys" at 140. Manny IS a little guy who has been fighting bigger guys lately. He's so good, the general perception is that opponents his own size can't compete .
Meanwhile, Berto is fighting a Jr. welter, and Floyd fights girls and security guards.

 

Bradley has more flaws than Hatton and he is now the number 1 at 140.

Not sure I would like to see Bradley get hurt and being only 26 , would like to see him go in a different direction.

 

If he fought 3 of the following 5: Bradley, Khan, Maidana, Alexander, Judah, I'd pick him to lose one of the three fights.

 

Im not sure how you come to that conclusion.

He has handed out 5 onesided ass kicking against Oscar , Hatton , Cotto , Clottey and Margarito.

These are all way better than the names you mentioned and only Cotto managed to win rounds (maybe 3). He beats all of the names you have mentioned without any real problems.

 

It would involve him dehydrating 6lbs.

He never made 154. He was 148 pounds. He could easily lose three or four punds and make 140. Even at 148 he can easily make 140.

 

Agreed. That´s pretty much his natural division anyhow and the competition in the division would be great.

The reason why he's not fighting at 140 is $$$. If Arum is willing to pay him the same $$$, I'm sure PAC has no problem fighting there.

 

I wouldnt mind if pac after the mosley fight moves to 140 beat marquez there and then keep the division on a lock for a few years beating guys there and fools who plan to move up. It would make more sense then 154.

 

Wouldn't like to see him tear up 140 tbh. I dont think it improves his legacy all that much either. Also JMM is an easy win too.

AFter Mosley, Pac can either -
1. Fight Floyd at 147
2. Fight Martinez at 154
3. Retire

The most likey option is sadly number 3.

 

Pacquiao is already a prize fighter. He doesn't have to prove anything anymore.

I'm sure that he'll fight at 140 if there's money in the division.

 

I just hope he won't be branded as cherrypicker.
