55% on here agree with you, other polls are similar.

Hardly worth defending till your last breath is it now?

I had Dirrell winning (by a point I think) but am glad Froch won.

I feel your pain, let it go...... let it go........

Dirrells performance against Froch is in no way comparable to Sweet Peas over Chavez.

The goner could conceivably be scored to Foch. Dirrell was that negative.

Sweet Pea clearly beat Chavez. No one could take it from him.

That's why Boxrec analysis gets people nowhere.

It's not about boxrec. It's about results.

Sweet Pea may have dominated Chavez, but he never beat him, and that is a fact. When historians asses Whitakers career, they see a draw with Chavez, not a win.

It's a sorry thing to see, but it's the truth :conf

'Historians' tend to have a little more of a clue than taking a superficial view based on boxrec.

Again, I shall reiterate the fact that I said he ''deserved'' the win. Dont insult my intelligence by continually telling me Froch received the verdict, because I obviously know that.

    And when you search spade:

Spades are made in many shapes and sizes, for a variety of different functions and jobs. There are many different designs used in spade manufacturing. The term shovel is sometimes used interchangeably with spade, but shovels generally are broad-bottomed and better suited for moving loose materials, whereas spades tend to be pointed for use as a digging tool.

Anyway, if we're talking Froch-Dirrell then I dug up the RbR and I had it 6-4-2 to Dirrell on the night.

Most posters on the Brit Forum RbR had it for Dirrell.

    How did I score it?

Little bit wide to Dirrell I think.

That makes sense, because everybody that 'scored' it for Froch decided to change their mind and base their scoring on random criteria that they made up.

Any historian serious about doing a proper job will watch the fight. And will not see it as a draw.
