Greb vs Tunney (ok, so they had 5 fights - just take the first 3 before Greb was past it), and McCallum Toney should be in there.
From memory the first two were good but it was very evident that Morales was well and truly over the hill by the time the 3rd match came around, seemed almost pointless.
I'd have probably included Emile Griffith and Luis Rodriguez in my top ten. Griffth and Benny Paret should be considered, along with Griffith and and Nino Benvenuti. One certainty would've been Ezzard Charles and Archie Moore and Battling Nelson v Joe Gans.
The Aussie ones aren't as easy to remember or even find, but let's see if people can add to it as we go along. I'll see if I can get the ball rolling, starting with a pair of heavyweights: 'Fearless' Fred Casey represented Australia in the 1964 Olympics and joined the pro ranks in December that year. Casey's second fight would be the first of an exciting trilogy with a man who'd also go on to win the Australian heavyweight title, Adelaide born Foster Bibron. Bibron won the Australian title in 1962, and Casey would win it in his 3rd pro bout in 1965. Fred Casey and Foster Bibron's 3 meetings were as follows: 1965 - Casey winning in Brisbane by KO in round 3 of 12. 1967 - Bibron winning in Melbourne by TKO in round 2 of 12 (Casey cut eye). 1970 - Casey winning in Brisbane by TKO in round 7 of 12 (Bibron cut eye). From the results above it's obvious the judges weren't required when it came to settling wars between this pair - they sorted it out themselves! The final bout was for the vacant Australian heavyweight title - the other two weren't title bouts. Come on guys let's add the Aussie trilogies as we think of them.....

A tongue-in-cheek nomination we're guessing Beaver? But had Sammy got the nod in Wolllongong, like he could easily have, it would probably have made for a more meaningful trilogy.
Still thought Mundine nudged the first fight. Maybe we should start an Aussie trilogy or Trilogy's with at least 1 Aussie in them. Harding v Andries most likely no 1
Anything goes mate - and 'at least one Aussie' is a good criteria. Hard to imagine anything tossing The 'Hitman' vs Andries.
