    What about that is wrong? The British title is the oldest belt in boxing, so to laugh when someone says it's "historic" is ridiculous. Every lineage of a world title, goes back to the British title.

    Sure, it's only a stepping stone belt but it's the most prestigious in the world. Even the European or intercontinental titles aren't as prestigious as it. Can you name me one non-world title belt in boxing which has more prestige attached?

    The WBC diamond belt is one reserved for only the very elite fighters in boxing, the top 10 pound for pound. I was meaning a non-world level belt.

    And the British title is far more historic than any WBC super duper platinum belt, which makes one of the things you laughed at wrong. I don't think you know much about boxing.
