    Ward doesnt lack power. He wont KO you, but his punches certainly get your respect. Both Green and Kessler felt his punches.


    As for your post. I'll give it a C. You might have gotten a B if you didnt say this fight is winnable for Froch simply based on power alone. Clearly you should watch enough boxing to know that punching power is rarely the decider of high level fights like this.


    Whens the last time Bernard Hopkins has KO'd anyone. Whats his record over the last 10 years?

    Before the Froch/Abraham fight we had a ton of posters on here that were certain Froch would get knocked out. I was a bit concerned because Froch is pretty easy to hit. However, I repeatedly stated that "Froch should be the favorite." Froch did an extremely good job against Abraham. After multiple viewings of the fight I could only find one round to award to AA (the 4th.)

    I'm going to tell you right here and now that Froch should be the favorite against Ward. I know he won't be, but that doesn't change my opinion.

    Ward is over rated as hell, and he has at least three very serious problems against Froch. 1) Froch's mentality and will to win is something Ward has never faced. If he tries his dirty ****, Froch will give it right back to him in kind. No matter what is happening on the scorecards Froch will be there trying to win right up to the last second of the last round. 2) Froch's physicality is a problem for Ward. Andre Ward has the temperment of a bully, and like most bullies, he'll cave in when he gets a does of his own medicine. 3) Andre Ward cannot hurt Carl Froch, and that fact should not be lightly dismissed. Carl can and will walk right through anything Ward throws. I think Froch will stop him sometime after or during the tenth round.


    (And now a word about Michingan Warrior. He's a "boxing fan" from Michigan. Bronco McKart is an old favorite of mine from way back, and I still follow his career. I sent MW a PM asking some questions about an upcoming McKart fight. I honestly do not believe he even knew who I was talking about. That really floored me!)
