So your cool with the implication that would surely fly afterwards, that Pac (especially if he wins) fought on steroids??

Takin' the test seems kind of minimal to shut that type of **** down.:yep

Floyd lives in Vegas and from what I have heard he has been betting between 40,000-100,000 on NBA and NFL games pretty regularly. We only hear about how much money he has won, but how much do you think hes lost? Between the money he probably owes the IRS and his gambling and spending habits, I wouldnt be surprised if he was in dept in the next couple years. Bottom line is to maintain his lifestyle he needs a big fight. I think Pacquiao is probably the only fight that will bring in that kind of money.

Yes. There will be much more of this to come as the Pacquiao Hype begins to hit full stride starting next weekend when he comes to the USA.

The game Floyd is playing here is a PR (public relations) one. The goal is to gravy train off of Pacquiao's heat as the Pacquiao-Mosley hype starts to build. Floyd is trying to repair his image by trying to place the "blame" on the Pac fight not having happened (and almost certainly not going to happen, IMO) on Pac by once again raising the testing ruse.

There is nothing new here. Do not expect the fight to happen. This is about trying to look good, for Floyd, to his fan base. It's not a bad strategy for him, even if it's very obvious and lacks a shred of credibility. But it will continue, and you will hear more such "BREAKING NEWS!" type statements from him, his family and his operatives as the Pacquiao-Mosley build-up increases.

With a 7day cutoff, unlimited urine up until fight night, and immediate blood/urine test after the fight, he would have to have bruce banner blood in him in order for him to benefit off of any ped he might be taking! Then to have it NOT come up in a post fight test! :hi:

Lets not forget that Pac never stated that he doest NOT want to take any extra testing. He just doesnt want blood withdrawn close to the fight while still letting them random urine test him and is even willing to let them test him in his dressing room following the fight.

Well this is the very point isn't it? How does Pacquiao leapfrog Floyd as number one P4P by riding Floyd's coattails(fighting guys Floyd already beat) and beating guys under HIS/ ROACH'S SPECIFIC CONDITIONS which included many of them having to drain themselves to fight him? Floyd has BEEN P4P #1 for years upon years... how can a guy(Pacquiao) get a title without facing the title holder? Floyd is also the number 1 attraction in boxing by way of PPV and overall income generation, even though you wouldn't think so with all the Manny fever. The onus should be on Manny to beat Floyd, not the other way around. Floyd shouldn't have to call Manny out... The champ doesn't call out contenders. How is it that America who crucified Barry Bonds for the SUSPICION of steroid use is looking at Floyd as the bad guy for wanting blood testing in his fight to discourage/ensure there is no steroid use? How can a guy passing up 50 M because he did not want to take a drug test be ignored, but Floyd be regarded as a coward because Pac and his team walked away from the initial negotiation on refusal to do the same thing Floyd was willing to, in taking random blood testing?

This is what Floyd feels based on what he has expressed many times. He rightfully feels like he is the guy in boxing. And as far as conditions, he had one while Pac's team had several. He agreed to theirs, they refused his. The top guy in boxing has the right to have conditions... he is the guy to beat, not Pacquiao.

I got a question for the Pacquiao fans or anybody else who knows the answer to this:think
They said in interviews Pacquiao agreed to "all of Floyd's demands" in the second negotiation,

But then when 24/7 hits, Koncz says they only agreed to a 7 day cutoff :huh

Then in November Pacquiao comes out with this quote

    Pacquiao:
    This content is protected

    http://beatsboxingmayhem.com/2010/11/12/manny-pacquiao-politics-as-usual/

So this gets us thinking he's agreed to everything now
    But then
You had one of his fans ask him to take the tests and he comes out with this quote which kinda suggests that he isn't willing to test
    This content is protected

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kU-_hYDXigo[/ame]
    http://www.philippinestodayus.com/ne...k-you-out-too/

So my question is: Why didn't Emmanuel reply with his "willingness to test" OUT IN PUBLIC.
It seems he only states that's he's willing to test when it's in a interview that only a few fans and mostly hardcore fans will end up seeing, but when he has a big audience, he seems reluctant

It would be a duck move if he was asking for that money domestically.

Overseas he has the right to ask for whatever he wants, and should be able to negotiate his own fee via third party sources who would like to host such a lucrative event.

Let's keep it simple Las Vegas, MGM, 50/50 split full random blood testing. November the 18th 2011 we have a fight.
The fact remains that mayweather ain't leaving las vegas anytime soon and the possibility a fight between him and pac would take place overseas is far fetched.

Why was Floyd's 14-day cutoff fine when he offered it, yet now 7 days is out of the question? Is it that you fanboys only want what Floyd wants?

this is what i have been saying and I am asking pac to respond to these incoherent rumours once and for all for all to see and hear during the mosley post fight interview.

Do you accept the testing or not, it really is that simple.

If pac has to already agreed to full testing, surely this is no longer of importance right?

People have been exaggerating the procedure of blood testing because they hear the words like unlimited and random up to the fight. But when you ignore that and look directly at the procedure. There is no way that there should be an issue.

    The process again:
    - Urine testing directly after training is over, rep will stay with fighter until sample is filled.
    - Blood testing 2 hours after a cool down period from training.
    - Done Randomly and sporadically in a span of a couple months.
    - If no issues are found after a couple test there will be a cut off date that could surpass 14 days.

Based off of the Mayweather-Mosley fight. Mayweather and Mosley were blood tested 3 freaking times each before the fight and once after. For a span of 2 months with a cut off of 18 days since there was no issues with there blood. They were urine tested 4 times in that span.

How is this process unreasonable in any fight let alone one that would make you $50mil? Stop talking thinking about unlimited and cut off dates and look directly at the procedure and tell me whats the problem? If Pac isn't mentally strong enough for that then. Nah forget it there is no way Pac and what he has already gone through and overcame in his life is not mentally prepared for a procedure that convenient.

Maybe its Roach trying to get his own mental edge over Mayweather. Trying to get a cut off date believing he can have Mayweather thinking Pac took steroids in the free time and have that in his head for the fight???
