Bull**** man. Floyd has fought all of his fights under the commission's drug guidelines before. Why all of a sudden does he want super strict drug testing on a guy who's never failed a drug test, not affiliated with anyone known for giving athletes drugs, and has, in the past, blamed a blood draw for his loss?

It's not like Floyd has been acting like he wants to fight Pac lately, and it's just the drug testing that got in the way. Floyd's used other excuses as "lost urge" and "vacationing" and the most recent "$100million". If you can't see that Floyd wants none of Pac, then your head is too far in Floyd's ass. I don't understand why he can't make a concession anyway, I mean seriously, how is Pac supposed to cheat with a 7-day cutoff?

He clearly thinks Pacquiao is taking something and offered him a 14 day cut off previously but Pac bitched out to run off and fight Clottey, Mayweather then moved on to fight P4P#3 in Mosley with full testing up the the day of the fight, found out how easy it was and now wants the same for any future fight.
