Seems to me like the real problem is Pacquiao always has an excuse when he loses. Doesn't seem like he ever feels he legitimately lost.... whether it was the glove size/blood testing, (Morales; which by the way was just a normal physical), the three knockdown rule not being honored(Marquez)... this dude is not a graceful loser.

He agreed to OSDT with a 7 day cutoff, unlimted urine tests up until fight night, and an immediate blood/urine test after the fight. :deal
