Pac will fight in November, and that fight will have to be confirmed 3-4 months out. Floyd fighting in July leaves such a small window for negotiation. Of course that's probably what Floyd wants. Fight a easy fight, then make it impossible to negotiate a Pac fight.

I dont think anyone gives a **** that Mayweather say's he's the best.
Every great champion that enters a ring whether it be Mayweather or Pacquiao believe they're the best.......

.......however, what we do know about Pacquiao is that he does'nt believe he's the best under PED random testing conditions.:deal:deal:deal:deal:hat

Damn are all floydette's brainwashed or some ****? Pac agreed to the testing 7 days prior - 7 more days that floyd's 14 days demand. He is willing to take a blood test not one day to the fight cuz he feels it will weaken him. He is willing to take a blood test and urine test right after the fight.

If his on anything it will show. WTF can he take in 7 days that can help him and not show up on the test right after the fight? Open your eyes so you can all can see that floyd WANTS NO PART OF THE PACQUAIO:deal:deal

I thought emmanuel wasn't supposed to take blood tests because Floyd doesn't make the rules? That's what he told the whole world immediately after beating Josh Clottey live on HBO.:lol::rofl:rofl:patsch

Consistent about his thoughts. You see those are the traits of a man. You say what you think and you stick to it. If something changes your mind? You openly say so and stick with that.

You don't understand that because your mind vibrates on a feminine wavelength. That is why women date losers. They want to believe the loser is one type of man when everyone around them can see the truth. It is obvious to anyone logically analyzing the sitaution.

Same way Pac tells lie, after lie, after lie, etc... All the lies/excuses are different and your weak mind even irrationally reasons them out and believes them all. You are a Pac Groupie.

The only official statement I ever heard was that Pacquiao agreed to a 7 day cutoff. Pacquiao said he would agree to any test almost a year ago and since then we've learned that was a blatant lie.

Team Pacquiao needs to come and be clear they will accept "random urine and blood tests up to the fight". I keep reading in this thread other *******s saying he only agreed to 7 days

    YES!

Even his fans know it! Last thing they want to see is their hero CLEAN and up against the best! They are happy for him to juice against men who are shells of their former selves. :-(
