This had to be the DUMBEST "evidence" ever presented. So Mayweather won't give another fighter free publicity and that is a duck? No that is a businessman not giving free publicity.

How is he scared? He CLEARLY laid out the terms to make the fight. Either:

1. Pac is scared of being caught cheating by testing
2. Pac is scared to have to fight by going through with testing.

All Pac has to do is come out and say "I won't test." and this WHOLE THING is over. Mayweather will drop a big fat "I told you so!" and then you idiots can get right back to backing your fraud. If you WANT the fight, ask Pac to test. If you DON'T WANT the fight keep making BS excuses like your fraudulent drug cheat hero.
