he could take a few easy fights

he seemingly though has a death wish

want to ask this again as nobodies noticed

to me people like james toney and evander holyfield fighting on is much worse than jones, esp toney as he just spars for training

i mean if he gets knocked out again, thats 4 times ko'd in his career, no absolute beatings, surely theres absolutely millions of boxers whove had worse than that and not ended up brain damaged?

 

Yeah you are right but of course it's never a good idea to get punched in the head and knocked out. Guys like Holyfield and Toney are as bad for continuing but the slight difference is that at least they're half competitive. RJJ has next to no chance against Denis Lebedev.

 

Most definitely. Denis is coming off a solid event win over Marco Huck. Should Jones manage to win the event, he could put himself in line for a cruiserweight title shot :thumbsup

Oh aye I dont think he should be fighting on, and if he is I dont see why he doesnt just take more shieka/lacey type fights instead of tough ones but on the other hand i think its a bit ****ing dramatic to go 'THIS GUY WHOS BEEN KNOCKED OUT 3 TIMES AND HAS NEVER REALLY TAKEN THAT MUCH PUNISHMENT COMPARED TO THE AVERAGE BOXER IS DEFINITELY GOING TO BE BRAIN DEAD!'

 

Denis is going to decapitate him. I don't like this fight just as much as the next guy but I would be surprised if this fight goes past 3 rounds.
