Why is WADA now the standard for what is science?

WADA is not even a scientific organization. It is a policy organization. They are not even the last word in PED testing. There are numerous and respectable organizations and individuals who do not agree with WADA 100% of the time. They have their agenda. Their business is based on the fact that the services they sell to other sporting bodies. If a major sporting organization says "No, WADA is not necessary" that undermines the business, the executives, the science they based the whole organization.

Is the supposed $100 million reasonable?

If this is not about science, then what is it about? It is not about cleaning up the sport (since that is about science and safety). It is about money? Is it about respect? Is it about fear? What is the end game of asking for OSDT?
