He may be a lot of things, but Malinaggi isn't a 'bum'. Ben Tackie, mediocre journeyman yes, bum no. Pederson and Oliveira I'd have to agree with.

 

Yeh thats correct mate, I was with Hatton at an after hour's meal in the town i live after one of his Q/A touring shows in Jan09 & i said to him Ricky don't you think for once it would be a smart move to hit vegas now & drop the weight off sensibly. He must have been about 14 stone easy & was pissed out of his head & he just waved his hand & said i'll do him no prob! I'am to big for him! I replied, look mate, Pacquiao picked YOU!! You did'nt pick him!!! You'd better be ready for this ****er, forget the ****-up family holiday cruise in Feb, he just staggered off too neck more ale & spout some more jokes to his hangers on.

My Son's a hatton fan as they all are at his age in the UK & i told him that hatton's going to get smashed to bits, you can't tell him anything, he'll never listen to anyone & he's going to just run across the ring thinking he can run pac down & he'll get totalled. Alot of his young fans ar'nt that stupid, OK the Mayweather loss was accepted, it happended!! But to go about his same pisshead lifestyle again as if nothing happened & then go up against pacquiao with such a dismissive & arrogant attitude towards his training lost him plenty of fans who shelled out big $$$$ to travel over & see him.

I was at the fight in the MGM & pissed off plenty of his young fans when i said he'll be wiped out & destroyed, how can you say that one kid asked me, easy i said!! the ***** is still in the sauna still boiling down & that was on the ****in thursday 2 days before the fight & at the weigh-in he looked aweful. Hatton never had a training camp it was a fat camp.

I kept telling them in the MGM Zuri bar that i'll take all there money in any bet form that hatton gets annialated, no takers, I got no satisfaction after the fight when all the hatton fans can up to me & said ****in hell mate, you were right big time, they were all raging at hatton, all of them to a man that i met & it was all the same, his could'nt give a **** lifestyle, why sould he give a **** about his fans when he don't give a **** about himself i said.

This will tel yer something, i got my ticket from Punch Promotions that Hatton's dad owns & i asked them what do yer think his chances are them???? The feller on the phone wispered "Not alot mate he's really up against it here with this pino geezar" there's confidence for yer

Disagree with "the Kostya win was unimpressive." He ended the HOF'er, other conditions aside. Add Urango, Castillo, Malignaggi, plus the battle with Collazo. Not a bad top 5. It is true his resume falls off considerably, but the dude never lost until he met a couple of legends. Give him his due for projecting both of them further into the spotlight.
