watched both Dean Byrne and Matthew Macklin sparring today. Two interesting spars. Despite loud mouths yapping about scoops, Byrne hasnt signed a contract with Warren yet. When actually does sign papers you know where you fill hear it first! :hi:
Rogan and Perez being in Prizefighter is great news! Will be interesting to see how Rogan does, given that hes obviously been crowned winner before. He knows the format and has experience in this field. Not sure how much he has left though. Perez could be the man to watch. This could be the stage for him to show what he is capable of
What did you make of Dean Byrne? In fact what does anyone make of Dean Byrne (apart from having the worst accent I've ever heard) he needs to start moving his career on fairly quickly I would think can't be losing anymore time and needs a few decent names on his record!
Rogan and Perez provide Irish interest in inaugural International Prizefighter http://boxing-ireland.com/20110328_rogan_perez_prizefighter_6.html
Didn't Rogie and Johnson spar before the first Sexton fight at Breen's? Anyone know that result? I know Johnson came back to the states and implied that all the Europeans were on steroids or something. I don't see Prizefighter being a good fit for Johnson at all with his cautious style
