Hardly. I think Slappy and the like are twats. I'm not really the only one that thinks it, all he does is is ballhug Irish fighters and even more cringeworthy anybody with any kind of link to Ireland such as Macklin.

I can't really recall who you are so I don't have any opinion or problem with you, keep crusading though champ.

In that case the fighter himself has made the link...

You are obviously a little insecure that not everyone in England feels as "Ingurlish" as you. Pretty sad actually.

I ballhug no one, you are just a bitter twisted twat and gets an allergic reaction whenever anything remotely nearing an Irish topic is raised.

If you can prove examples - I mean actually examples and not just accusations of my ballhugousity - then you might have more credibility.

    I actually pity you.

I dont know why we give the ******* oxygen. He criticises Irish fans for supporting Irish fighters yet his avatar is an English fighter wearing Union Jack shorts! The irony.

Yes I so often trumpet the cause of English fighters. I'm well known for that. I guess we're playing a game where you accuse the other of doing the exact opposite of what they actually do. Okay Slappy I will indulge you, you are the most unbiased, open minded person on here, a true globalist.

Yawn! I'll take that as you having no evidence to back up you baseless accusations.

If you see ACTUAL examples of biased reporting then give me a shout but you need to start to differenciate between supporting a fighter and thinking they will win.

Do Torquay United fans stop supporting their team if they draw Manchester United in the cup and know that it is likely to get a battering?

Get a grip of yourself and sort the chip on your shoulder out. :good

There does seem to be the same posters popping up acusing Irish fighters of blind biase every time a topic is raised regarding an Irish fighter even though 90% of Irish posters have picked Khan to win ,an American poster(Rico i think) on this thread said he noticed the Irish get a lot worse stick off the English posters for being biased than anyone else . Maybe its an anti-Irish sentiment on some postes part like Gemmell , TFFP, Nutjob who slate Irish fans at every opportunity and disregard almost every Irish fighter that is mentioned , its boring at this stage .

Just wait a few years when our current crop turn over we will be pissing all over the Brits ,atm our ams would spank the British imo or maybe thats just a biased opinion on my part .

i think us irish just like to get behind our fighters when they fight same as in england when someone challenges for a major title, we all know mccloskey has no chance personally i never rated him and we all should know macklin is bloody awful and aint really irish like the rest of us, however its national pride and if it all comes good on the night them nights are most memorable (or forgetfull) like dunne cordoba, as for the nut huggery just for a fighter to be irish im not into that, id rather follow the elite guys and unfortuately we aint got nothing ELITE, the nuthuggery does occur however to label all irish like that aint fair most of us dont

I was thinking about going over for this but I thought the undercard is a little bit underwhelming and the main event too one-sided, if Macklin-Gevor had've been added sooner I may have reconsidered, that's a potentially very good fight.

Them 40's were mostly on the Lower Tier.

All tickets on the Lower Tier had to be sold before they could open up the Upper Tier, so now that they have, they've got a bunch of 40's to shift.

JP, there's an offer on Jamie Kavanagh's FB:
The Flight is from Dublin, so if you do consider going, this is an offer you might want to think about, although I'm not 100% sure if this offer still stands now. Might be all taken, but no harm in ringing up if you're interested :good
