Well they wont outnumber the English fans, but I guess not ALL the English fans will be supporting Khan. I would say you are looking at 5,000 - 7,000 McCloskey fans in the stadium. Enough to "outnoise" the rest if not "outnumber"
ah man thats unreal it would be deadly if macker beat him, we are really banking on khan somehow struggling with the awkward style and him maybe catching khan and hopefully hurting him
looks like dudey has his own ariza! seriously ariza gets waaay too much credit, he's just a conditioning coach, they're a dime a dozen, you tell them your goals/aims and they create you a plan.
As far as I'm concerned, until a new strength and conditioner does the same for him, Ariza deserves immense credit for Khan's punch resistance improving.
a new conditioner do what? do you think his punch resistance is gonna decrease because ariza's gone? they use the same protocol, they also most likely studied the same subject at university, some just have slightly different methods, i've seen the things ariza does done by countless other boxers.
I never said it would decrease, but the fact remains, there has been an extremely noticeable improvement in his ability to sustain punishment since he started working with Ariza. You can say any S & C coach could have done it but Ariza actually did, and warrants an awful lot of credit because of it. I think so, anyways.
maybe its just looking at him too closely for the ariza effect but does anyone think Khans legs look a bit skinnier
I think Pathmanc meant, maybe that work of Ariza has been undone and Khan has returned to not having a proper distribution of weight. I haven't noticed anything myself tbh. Looks the same as when Ariza had him.
He's not as top heavy as he was in his lightweight days. If you look at him at 135, his body is almost a v-shape, similar to the way Hearns' was, since his move up in weight his body is much more evenly balanced, which I think can be attributed to Ariza.
I know that, but Like i said, has that better weight distribution been taken away with Ariza not there anymore? That's what Pathmanc was getting at.
