    For both of my wagers, Im actually rooting for the other guy (calderon, and vic) I just think they are outmatched..... So if they win and I lose, Ill still be happy (kinda :lol:)

    Guys, coming out with a 'test run' of a monthly rating, basically it will be the Leagues P4P ratings, Ill see what you guys think of it, I dont know if Ill keep it around or not, we will see. It would only be updated at the end/beginnings of the month, along with the Master and Commanders listings.
    Anyways, this is a very rough draft on how it would work.

    The Leagues Power Rankings
    This top 10 ranking combines multiple things, from KO %, to Winning %, from all time rankings, to Head to Head results, and more, in order to come up with the top 10 p4p members.

    Current Ranking - The number of your current ranking, minus 100, gives you your points for this catagory.

    All Time Ranking - The number of your All Time ranking, minus 100, gives you your points for this catagory. (if you are below 100th place, 0 points)

    KO's - The top 5 places for KO's will be as follows
    1 - 50 points
    2 - 40 points
    3 - 30 points
    4 - 20 points
    5 - 10 points

    KO % - The top 5 places for KO %'s will be as follows
    1 - 50 points
    2 - 40 points
    3 - 30 points
    4 - 20 points
    5 - 10 points

    Winning % - The top 5 places for Winning %'s will be as follows
    1 - 75 points
    2 - 60 points
    3 - 50 points
    4 - 40 points
    5 - 30 points

    Money Earnings - The top 10 places for Earnings will be as follows.
    1 - 50 points
    2 - 45 points
    3 - 40 points
    4 - 35 points
    5 - 30 points
    6 - 25 points
    7 - 20 points
    8 - 15 points
    9 - 10 points
    10 - 5 points

    Head to Head Results - The point system for the top 5 head to head members are as follows
    1 - 75 points
    2 - 60 points
    3 - 50 points
    4 - 40 points
    5 - 30 points

    FEATURED FIGHTS
    1 - 75 points
    2 - 60 points
    3 - 50 points
    4 - 40 points
    5 - 30 points

    So ya, not sure...... Maybe an additional rankings would be too much? Idk.... It would just be a cool way to show some of the members who are all around solid... and since boxing is heavily dominated by 'p4p' rankings in reality, figured id see how this works.

    I think it would be fun man. It just seems alot for you to keep up with. But hell, you do a pretty damn good job with the ever increasing amount of rankings, and now that some of the guys are actively help compile monthly lists of fights, hopefully that will easy the work load of updates to do consistently.

    I dunno if I can speak for everyone, but I enjoy all the side things your doing, involving the guys that participate here, whether it be, our betting record, or the mini bio you're doing about what got people into the sport, etc.

    Your thread definitely adds to the overall enjoyment of participating in this forum. Because when you think about it, the majority of us that are true boxing purists tend to be competitive people anyway, so always adding to the friendly comp can't hurt imo.

    Ya, it would be extra work, but it would only be once a mont so it wouldnt be too bad. Might take an extra 45 minutes to do both the Master and Commanders and Pound for pound rankings. So thats no problem on my end.

    My thing is if anyone would feel that it would water the ratings down a little too much. I dont want to take too much away from the central part of the thread, which is the actual rankings. At the end of the year, there would still only be one champ... and thats who wins it all.

    Ill do it this month and see how it goes :good

    It depends....if I'm number 1 P4P then you most certainly have to do it. If not, eh, you don't have to do it. :D :lol:
