Do you even know who I'm talking about?

Florimo was a great team player, great clubman for Norths (284 games), scored a total of 295 points for Norths, played in 4 SOOs and 4 tests for Australia.

    What did Mundine do again?

    Really?

I like how Choc had to come back to Saint's cause he wasn't 'the Man' at the Broncos? Talk about foreshadowing his boxing career. Avoiding opponents cause he wouldn't be the Man.

Whats that got to do with how go a player he is?

He was promised a position at the broncos...when he didn't get it he left

He moved Trent Barrett from 5/8 to the no 7....that says it all :deal

Mundine also left the sport entering his prime....if he didnt go to boxing 11 years ago he would have kept playing in the NRL for at least another 8 seasons....who knows what he could have achieved

He was also the highest paid player when he left :D

I grew up on that team. As a tyke I was taken to 90% of their home games starting in '81 at Cumberland and then Belmore for 82-83. I never saw them lose live in all that time. LOved all the players but for some reason in that team of superstars had a soft spot for fullback Paul Taylor.

Price was a legend, not only a tough as nails guy but lots of skill and a decent amount of pace too.
