There are a lot of other places that the fight COULD happen though...

I'm not sure Haye can force it to happen in the UK?

Making Haye "super duper" champion will not get WBA off the hook in regards to Chagaev since they ordered the title fight and failed to enforce it. Besides, Haye has not done anything to qualify for any change in status since the time WBA ordered the fight. It will not hold up in court as a valid excuse to deny Chagaev the title shot.

I haven't seen any new on that. Has BBBofC officially refused to license Chagaev?

    Morals aren't the WBA's strongpoint.

They've got a brilliant money machine going on, I don't blame them one bit to be honest.

Because the Haye/Klitschko fight is seemingly on there hasn't been an official announcement.

But it's a dead cert that they wouldn't allow Chagaev to box here, and they wouldn't allow Haye to fight him anywhere else.

It's not just as simple as saying that Haye can have a vaccine, it's Chagaev's health that would be considered too.

Players of soccer and rugby have been banned from playing in England after contracting Hepatitis before, so boxing is bound to be a no-no.

I don't mind Haye getting a way around Chagaev in order to fight one of the K brothers. I just don't understand why the WBA would favor Povetkin vs. Mormeck over Povetkin vs. Chagaev for the regular or "non-super" HW belt?

Povetkin vs. Chagaev could happen in Germany, Chageav is licenced there.

They'll just make Haye super champion - as he's preparing to unify the titles he can avoid his mandatory. Chagaev then gets a shot at the highest available contender for the "regular" title.

Vitaly needs a June date, perhaps they can make an agreement to let Wlad-Haye go ahead.

cuz chageav is not fit health wise, and his boxing skills and performances have looked awful!. knowhere i rules that haye has to fight where the challenger wants and can only fight at.

they will just make povetkin vs chageav.

mormeck has nothing to do with title challenge by rights surely?. and im sure boystov was ranked higher before too!

It ain't about morals. I think Chagaev has a decent legal case against WBA. WBA ordered the title fight involving Chagaev but the purse bid was never held. WBA failed to perform. Chagaev suffered economic harm. Case closed.

its true..."we wont fight you, but since we are next in line for the guy who will fight you... we want cash to step aside".........

If I understand the organizations... "Unification takes precedent over Mand defense".... Im not sure if WBA follows that rule...... but as we have seen so many times... even rules dont mean ****:patsch
