He doesn't have HIV, he might have hepatitis (b?) and it's likely not contagious.

Too many question marks on his health, until that is cleared up he should be sidelined.
Can't keep having him clog up negotiations for other fights.

When are these ignorant comments gonna stop? Hep B and HIV are very different things with very different risks. His health hasn't prevented him from fighting in years. He was ready to fight Valuev on that real Indian reservation called Finland, he had no problem fighting Wlad, Meehan or Walker.

    I didn’t say he has a HIV.

I said that with same logic, challenger with HIV should be able to challenge champion, as long as he can find one place crazy enough to host the event

He just can't pass it in Britain it seems and the fight doesn't have to be there.

First, Finland did not prohibit Chagaev to fight Valuev. They wanted Valuev to get a passive vaccination after the fight as a precaution. They did not find that Chagaev posed any immediate risk to Valuev otherwise they would not let him into the ring at all.

Second, BBBofC never officially denied boxing license to Chagaev and they were looking into that since January. If they had any reason to deny Chagaev the license they would have done it by now.

I wish Chagaev best of luck in this. It is about time somebody took WBA to the cleaners and, if he can prove that Don King/Sauerland put any pressure on WBA in this matter, he should sue them as well.
