Is it me or does it seem like for every calculated move a euro bum makes the rest of the world class boxers are making 3. I just got done watching pirog's last fight and boy is he slow mentally and physically. By the way he loses to the last to victims of Martinez, he should go play in traffic if he really wants to get killed.

I sense you may win the 2011 award. You or Colpolite.

That slick african-american Danny jacobs couldnt handle him and barely won a round before getting sparked!

HBOs Harold Ledermans card was way off imo. Danny won 1 round if that. It was all Dmitry Pirog his pace was to much.

against Melis and Jantuah Pirog averaged 101 and 95 punches per round...

When you're primarily a counter puncher and your oppenent is there to survive, uses a high guard, and doesn't throw punches it's hard to look good. You're to ****ing stupid to grasp this though.

I think the TS has a point here... look how slow that punch was in the vid he knocked that slick Ameri-Can the f#ck out with. The punch took more as a second to reach the can's chin. :yep
And it took him almost 5 whole rounds to dispose of this US level opponent, that's quite long for a Euro class boxer.
In his last bout he fought a Argentine opponent, those are arguably a lot better as the AmeriCans. Like Godoy and Martinez.

Most Europeans are basic boxers. They can usually have a good 1-2 but rarely good head movement more than average footwork. Ala Kessler and Dzinziruk.

Pirog modeled his game after Floyd Mayweather. So he might have more shelf life then the others when it comes to top competition.
